Telegram bot that automatically puts voting buttons on every post in a channel?

The situation in brief:
- There is a blog in WordPress
- Using the https://ifttt.com service , I automate the broadcast of content from WP to the telegram channel
- I need voting buttons to automatically appear under each post in the channel ( like/dislike).
Options:
A) Insert some code into the IFTTT applet, but what? This is how the translation template from WP to the cart looks like:

B) Attach some kind of bot that automatically, without user intervention, will attach a poll for each post in the channel.
ControllerBot and others are not quite suitable, since posts need to be run through them manually, buttons must be pressed. I need full automation: I write a post on WP and that's it, content with a vote appears in my channel without any of my actions.
