Hello, you need to get the link through the pr.sape.ru API , and send the same link to it. But in the documentation it is not clear to me how to send requests, authorize, and so on. in PHP.
Maybe someone worked, you can throw off a code example.

Absolutely everything is described there in the most detailed way in Russian ....
You need a client to work using the XML-RPC protocol.
There's even a link to a guide using ZF.
