Working torrent through openvpn?

Good afternoon. I set up a server on my vps Openvpn and a client on Windows 7, connected, it works, but the speed was not the maximum. I corrected the network buffers on linux and openvpn, now it shows the tariff speed on speedtests, but there is no speed at all on torrents - about 50kb / s .. What else can I see?

And run a console torrent client on the vps to exclude shape torrent traffic by the provider and so on.
