Help Desk with SIP support. Is there anything in mind?
Good ... what do you have there :)
Help me choose some kind of help-desk portal with the function of receiving incoming calls via SIP. Of course, so that a window opens automatically to fill in a new application, and so on.
Of course, CRM is better, but all sane options were only for Windows. This option is also suitable, but only in extreme cases. Better under Linux. The reason is that the rented virtual server has only 4GB of RAM (there is no money for more yet), and under Windows you need at least twice as much, taking into account the installed Serv2012, IIS (the site is still spinning there).
Long story short, can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

somehow, probably, if I understood the question correctly
, there is more information here www.otrs.com/software/?lang=ru
not for the sake of advertising - soyoustart.com
may have enough money for a more powerful server at once;)
A bit out of the blue, but there is Odoo and the Odoo VoIP module - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eWv79n4YuCc
Odoo is free and can do a lot more than HelpDex (formerly OpenERP).
https://softonit.ru/catalog/products/it/#detail might work.
There is integration with the dialer.
