Work remotely without a full time time tracker?
Good morning
I work on a time tracker for 6 hours a day (I tried more but productivity drops a lot) from 9 to 6 approximately (I take breaks through pomidoro) I received an
application from a foreign office, which indicates that the tracker is not needed there because everyone is trusted but necessary work full time 40 hours/week.
Does this mean that there will be strong pressure and I will not keep up with everything all the time? I have 3+ years of experience in the ruby on rails stack - according to estimates / deadlines, I try to keep up with everything

It is necessary to ask the office a question - how the work is arranged there and whether there will be pressure, and to yourself - will you be able to work so much. Here, how do people know?
Speaking in general - if full-time, then usually a fixed fee per month / week and it is lower than the same for hourly recalculation. Below, for the reasons that the horse in the shirt voiced.
you just agree that you work 40 hours, they tell you - for these 40 you will get so much per week, fix these 40, it turns out $ xxx, we pay them, the tracker is not needed, and voila - you are no longer on an hourly rate, but on a regular full time salary.
Look further - we approach you such a salary for a full-time job or not.
