Is it possible to work under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation from abroad?
I am a non-resident - I have NOT been in Russia for 1.5 years. I received an offer from a Russian company and employment will be according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. Due to the situation with the virus, I do not want to leave Europe next month. Therefore, I think to send all the docks to a Russian company for employment. Live in Europe for about a month until this quarantine situation calms down (I hope it will calm down in a month), work remotely for the company.
Can anyone who works like this or worked, share your experience.

As I understand it, this is not a problem, but you just have to pay income tax as a non-resident.

It's like that.
If you work under a regular employment contract, the employer pays all insurance and pension contributions (I can’t be sure of the difference due to non-residency, but this is not your problem), but you pay income.
Most likely you will receive payment with the amount already withheld, since the obligation to withhold is cleverly shifted to the shoulders of the employer.
