Good afternoon!
I have 4 monitors, windows 7.
Tell me, is there a program that "opens" programs in a strictly defined position?
That is, I open 10 programs on the 1st monitor, open Photoshop on the second, and so on.
I turn on the system, press the button, and my programs open in a strictly defined position on the monitors and in sequence. Is there such a thing?

On Win10 and 2 monitors, where the program was closed, there it will open again. Not so on Win 7?
Run 10 programs - either a batch file, or in the Scheduler, register the launch at login.
