How to manage Windows services from Linux?

Hello.
There is a need to remotely manage Windows services from a Linux machine. A cursory googling didn't turn up any results.
Now I raise RDP to a Windows machine and do my business, as it is inconvenient, I would like to run services.msc in Windows and connect to a remote machine.
Thank you for your attention!

Install an ssh server on win, then manage powershell commands passed through ssh.

To manage is start-stop-restart?
Well, someday the net command, which is part of samba, will be completed, and services can be managed in the same way as it is done from the windows command line.
You can use ssh to a windows machine.
You can try to drag services.msc under wine with all dependencies.
