There is a site on WordPress. There is access to the FTP of this site. Is it possible to take a theme from this site and connect it to another site. And how to do it

Open FTP - find wp-content/themes/THEME_NAME/ download this folder to your WP and add it to wp-content/themes/HERE and then go to the admin panel - Appearance - Themes. Enable downloaded theme
