After careful analysis, it turned out that the problem arose after adding instructions to the .htaccess file

# compress text, html, javascript, css, xml:
AddOutputFilterByType DEFLATE text/html text/plain text/xml application/xml application/xhtml+xml text/css text/javascript
application/javascript application/x-javascript
# browser cache
ExpiresActive On #default
cache is 5 seconds
ExpiresDefault "access plus 1 days"
# Enable image caching and flash for a month
ExpiresByType image/x-icon "access plus 1 month"
ExpiresByType image/jpeg "access plus 4 weeks"
ExpiresByType image/png "access plus 30 days"
ExpiresByType image/gif "access plus 43829 minutes"
ExpiresByType application/x-shockwave-flash "access plus 2592000 seconds"
# Enable css, javascript and text files caching for one week
ExpiresByType text/css "access plus 604800 seconds"
ExpiresByType text/javascript "access plus 604800 seconds"
ExpiresByType application/javascript "access plus 604800 seconds"
ExpiresByType application/x-javascript "access plus 604800 seconds"
# Enable caching of html and htm files for one day
ExpiresByType text/html "access plus 43200 seconds"
# Enable caching of xml files for ten minutes
ExpiresByType application/xhtml+xml "access plus 600 seconds"

decided to leave the redirect with the GET parameter ?login=true

If Windows XP is not updated, then it will not support WPA2. For it, you need to either install Service Pack 3 or update KB893357 separately. Could this be the issue here?

There is little information, I also lost half, as I understand it, it connects to the access point, but does not give a normal address or the adapter does not respond to the access point. For understanding, first show the answer to the ipconfig /all command on the command line.
