Withdrawal from upwork to a ruble IP account in Tinkoff?
I have a current account for an individual entrepreneur in Tinkoff business.
Can I legally withdraw money from the upwork to it? What documents are needed so that everything goes smoothly and without problems? I understand that you can open a dollar account, but so far the amounts are generally ridiculous, and if you consider that you have to pay 30 bucks for each withdrawal, it becomes pointless to work there.
Upwork has a withdrawal in rubles to the account. I think it is quite suitable for the job, only you need to assemble everything. Tell me who knows

- can
What documents are needed so that everything goes smoothly and without problems?
- documents for VK, ask the bank everything, I'll tell you what you need.
I understand that you can open a dollar account, but so far the amounts are generally ridiculous, and if you consider that you have to pay 30 bucks for each withdrawal, it becomes pointless to work there.
- there will be difficulty in the difference in the exchange rate of the Central Bank and taxes, but this is a trifle.
Upwork has a withdrawal in rubles to the account. I think it is quite suitable for the job, only you need to assemble everything.
- fits and is easier to work with
I use Tinkoff for individual entrepreneurs and withdraw money from the upwork, I have several contracts there. So far there are no problems.
The sequence is as follows:
1. Create a contract in Tinkov's accounting department.
2. When transferring funds for the first time, you need to upload a signed offer (act of accession), confirmation of registration (the date of your registration is in the certificate of earnings) and confirmation of services.
You "print out" the offer as a pdf, add your signature to the last page of the
Certificate of earnings and simply attach it to the payment.
Fill in Confirmation of services (the amount is indicated BEFORE the upwork commission, i.e. if you earned $1000, and the upwork takes $30 for wire transfer, then you need to specify $1000 in CoS, even though 970 will come to your IP account in the end. Add your signature .
Next, send a request to [email protected], and ask them to sign the CoS.
On the trail. business day (California time) you receive the completed CoS and attach it to the payment for currency control verification.
If you are self-employed and transfer money to an individual's account, you need to contact the bank and warn them about your status as self-employed, otherwise your account will be blocked. physical persons are not allowed to use their accounts for commercial activities.
I have been exporting from upwork to Tinkov SP r / s for more than a year, there were no critical problems.
I provide a direct contract with the client for whom I work through upwork (I made it myself according to the templates, I understand it in more detail here ), and the act of acceptance for the amount received signed by the client for each payment. This scheme works clearly and without delay for VC. Those. a couple of docks for each payment and after several hours the payment is lowered to a dollar r / s, then you can use the $$ card of an individual Tinkov or convert it to a ruble r / s, etc. as you like.
But I'm not sure how the described scheme will work if you have several clients on upwork, because each will have an act of acceptance and transfer and an agreement, then break the amount received into components of receipts from customers and whether such a VC will digest, etc.
And another point - if earnings are less than 2.4 million per year, then it is easier to transform individual entrepreneurs into self-employed and withdraw rubles to a regular Tinkov account of an individual (or another bank), in this case there will be no VC and no need to provide docks.
