Angular - portfolio projects - what should be added?

What level of projects should be done for a portfolio on UpWork and receive new orders?
Preferably with specific examples of sites that you should focus on.
So far, by googling, I found a recommendation to make an aggregator site. Which API collects data and issues them in a convenient interface.
What would you advise?

The portfolio is not a priority in getting an order for upwork, add everything you have, it will not change the situation much
