Will JSS crash if the client just disappears?
Worked with a client to create patterns. The first contract was difficult, but we closed it with a 5 star review. The second one was a nightmare considering she took all the designs and didn't want to charge the full price of the order until they were printed, resulting in a contract that lasted a month. She sent money. And two weeks later I discovered that she had left a 4.6 review. JSS dropped as much as 89%.
Now I have a new contract, the customer had a rating of 5 and looked pretty decent, but on Saturday it will be two weeks since he disappeared. I made the designs on time and sent for approval.
If I later close the missing client's contract myself, will my JSS drop even more?

According to work experience, if a contact is closed without a review, then jss will fall only if there are contracts without a review, about 20-30% of the total, and then not much, just a few percent.
