Withdraw money from oDesk via Skrill (Moneybookers)
I apologize if the question is a button accordion, but still:
how much will the commission be in total when withdrawing money from Odesa through Skrill (Moneybookers)?
As far as I understand, it will be
1USD - oDesk fee
+ Further, it is not entirely clear, there is a phrase “Skrill charges a fee for receiving payments depending on your location.”
If, for example, I need to withdraw 2000USD, then based on this table, the commission will be 2000*0.029+0.25EUR, right?
+ further withdrawal either for a visa from (1.9%) or SWIFT transfer (1.8 EUR + commission of intermediary banks + commission of the recipient's bank).
In total, when withdrawing 2000 to skrill, only 2000-(2000 * 0.029 + 0.25 * 1.32) = 1941.67 will arrive
and then subtract 1941.67-1.9% = 1904.78 from them when withdrawing for a visa
or when withdrawing via SWIFT 1941.67-1.8EUR-commission of intermediary banks-commission of the beneficiary's bank =??
Did I understand everything correctly?

I don’t know for sure, but it looks like they are going to raise fees. Watch the news.
Transfer a small amount to see. If you have a regular account, then Scrill, in my opinion, does not charge at all for crediting. They have a fixed fee of $2.5 for a transfer to an account in Russia, so the total cost of the transfer will be about $3.5. (That is, if you have a Russian bank card, just find out its account number and transfer to the account. It’s probably easier if the card is in dollars.)
If you have a merchant account, then they start taking interest on crediting and transfer more amounts from oDesk $1000 will be cheaper with wire transfer.
Thanks for the advice, I'll have to try it. I have a regular account, but I was confused by the link from Odessa to the tariffs for merchant accounts. It seems to suggest that in order to accept payments from Odessa, you need a merchant account. Or not?
I have a multi-currency visa classic unembossed from vtb24. As I was told in support, she does not have a personal account number. I’m thinking of opening a dollar account in the same bank and transferring it to a card through a telebank.
Maybe someone had the experience of withdrawing from skrill to a bank account in vtb24? What are the commissions of intermediary banks?
In general, I tried it, the withdrawal to the VTB24 bank account cost $ 2.35 - the moneybookers commission, there were no other commissions. The transfer came within a day.
In order to get an account, I had to open a telebank - 300 rubles / year (the first 90 days are free)
