In total, when withdrawing 2000 to skrill, only 2000-(2000 * 0.029 + 0.25 * 1.32) = 1941.67 will arrive
and then subtract 1941.67-1.9% = 1904.78 from them when withdrawing for a visa
or when withdrawing via SWIFT 1941.67-1.8EUR-commission of intermediary banks-commission of the beneficiary's bank =??

Transfer a small amount to see. If you have a regular account, then Scrill, in my opinion, does not charge at all for crediting. They have a fixed fee of $2.5 for a transfer to an account in Russia, so the total cost of the transfer will be about $3.5. (That is, if you have a Russian bank card, just find out its account number and transfer to the account. It’s probably easier if the card is in dollars.)
If you have a merchant account, then they start taking interest on crediting and transfer more amounts from oDesk $1000 will be cheaper with wire transfer.
