To make the review disappear along with the entire story, you can return all the money for the project. If the project is small, and the money is not worth the nerves, you can just spit and part with the penny earned. Of course, if the project is large, then you can’t just return everything, however, with long-term cooperation, negative reviews are rather an exception to the rule: why did you have to cooperate so much if the freelancer does not satisfy you?
Alternatively, you can write a response to the review, and reasonably explain what was the problem with the project, and why everything is so bad.
In those days, when the average score had not yet been replaced by JSS, my meeting with an inadequate client ended with a review with a score of 1.0, plus he also complained to support about me, though to no avail. Since the average score deteriorated noticeably, I returned almost all the money (the weight of the assessment is equal to the payment). Since the review was absolutely meaningless, I wrote both my own review and the answer to his review. And in order to always annoy the client's eyes, he did not return the last buck. He hid my review, but the fad with "10 hours, $1, hidden comment" with a link to my profile, where the problems are sorted to the bone, will hang in this client's projects forever. At the same time, his review on my page does not scare me at all.
