Работаю php джуном и немного увлекаюсь фронт-ендом, хотел бы попробовать свои силы на фрилансе, но как я понял на fl.ru нужно нехило так приплатить, что бы даже начать что-то пробовать (или я не так понимаю ситуацию?). Другие биржи кажутся мёртвыми.
Вопрос: какие есть живые русские биржи где можно начать без начальных капиталовложений?
П.С.: На Upwork'е уже начал пытать счастье, поэтому его не предлагать.

I probably will not answer your question, because all normal exchanges are now "by invitation" or with a technical interview. Nobody needs junas in freelancing.
I would highly recommend getting a job - the best way to stop being a junior.

For beginners, there is a free trial period of an advanced account for one month with a large number of applications. I no longer remember the exact amount, but I didn't even use half. Right now I'm using a paid account that costs about $1 a month with 25 claims a month, which also regenerate themselves along the way. There are a lot of web projects. There is only one minus - a commission of 10% and a minimum of 5, so small orders are not very profitable to take. Also paid tests for 5 each, but I didn’t pass them and without them it was possible to take orders.

Я сам являюсь преподавателем в школе программирования, и обучаю джуниоров для последующей стажировки на свои проекты. К сожалению из 200 студентов до конца доходят десятки, поэтому отбор жесткий и беру в свою команду я не всех.

На любой бирже. Если вы сделаете комиссию проблемой заказчика, а не своей проблемой. Как заказчик, потративший более стони тысяч на апворке и как разработчик, заработавший более сотни тысяч через апворк, скажу - что эти 10, 20 и 30% комиссии - это крохи, которые заказчик вполне может себе позволить. Буржуи идут на апворк, потому что нанимать девелопера у себя в стране им будет в несколько раз дороже и накладнее в любом случае. Вы можете честно сказать заказчику: "Мой рейт (например) 30 долларов в час, но апворк удерживает комиссию 20% (или сколько там, я сейчас не знаю), так что с вас $37 в час". Для большинства заказчиков это мелочь. Если для них это не мелочь. То и всё остальное для них тоже не мелочь и вас ждет работа на shared хостинге с заливкой файлов по ФТП. Оно вам надо?

The project itself may not even bring money and the flow of customers will be scanty, but nevertheless it works (it worked for me) and you can use it.
And the project itself will never be superfluous in the portfolio.

First of all, I would stop focusing on Russian exchanges and start learning English. A developer who knows English costs 2-3 times more than a similar developer who does not know English. Otherwise, for a very long time you will encounter requests like "I want a social network for 1000 rubles."
