I received a letter from Skrill stating that I have exceeded some kind of limit, I need to verify my account. Everything is clear with the first document, but what to do with the second. My address is not in the bank statement and in the details, I asked for additional payment, but the bank said that we have a standard form, we will not add anything. I am not the owner on the bill for the apartment, my name is not there, only the number of people. What other documents can be sent to them?
