With what program can I change ip from my list of addresses? I need to access different sites from different ip addresses. For example, I will buy a list of 1000 ip addresses and then simply indicate this list to the program, either txt or csv. (By the way, ip needs to be changed every half a minute)

Do you understand how the modern Internet works?

You cannot just take and write something on your computer so that a site on the Internet sees this address as yours. At best, you simply will not have a connection.
