With what parameters does Asterisk want to receive h264 video?

The following question is of interest:
With what parameters does Asterisk want to receive h264 video?
Here is part of the SDP message it sends in the invite:
m=video 11796 RTP/AVP 99
a=rtpmap:99 H264/90000
a=fmtp:99 profile-level-id=4280D
a=sendrecv
In particular, I can't figure out how to decrypt 4280D . Asterisk does not encrypt it according to RFC.

API in general, look for sliders with a normal API and add them to your needs
