You need a managed SIP client through the command line. Where to get one?

You need a managed SIP client through the command line. Which will play music at the right
time There is an algorithm as follows: incoming call - pick up the phone.
After an UNDETERMINATED time, having received the desired signal, we run, for example, a CMD command that tells the client to play the desired sound file. We are waiting further.

And so while the channel is alive.
How to organize it?
Watched SIPP - can't play files ON DEMAND.
Now I'm thinking about input redirection - replacing the microphone input on the mixer, and playing the file here - but I wouldn't want to do that.

Maybe try Asterisk, he knows how to pick up the phone and start recording in the channel. Implement the logic in lua.
