Outgoing calls from FreePBX to GOIP not working?

Good afternoon.
Installed FreePBX 15.0.16.42. When you try to make an outgoing call via GSM (GoIP4), there is a voice message that the number is disabled. Incoming via GSM work.

When setting up outgoing calls, the article does not indicate how the gateway should route the outgoing call (through which SIM). Perhaps you have several SIM cards and the gateway is trying to call through a non-working one.
In the last screenshot, you have % trim the line number. Do you cut off this number on GoIP when making outgoing calls?
