How to make freepbx transfer to a queue from a SIP trunk (connecting another PBX)?

there is freepbx 13: how to arrange that from the trunk it was possible to transfer a call either by the queue number or by the group number?
Now, when transferring a call, only transfer to Extensions works, there is no answer to group or queue numbers.
transfer comes from asterisk connected via sip
