Wine on Raspberry, how to install?

Looks like I finally found the Raspberry version of Wine, if that's what it is .
Please help me install, tell me how and what to do? The file is unloaded, then what is there to install? Is it in an existing OS or a separate one? I am not good with English. I am new to Linux in general.

There is an image for the SD card - you need to download it and write it to the card (8gig) so that the raspberry is loaded from it. In terms of performance - at the level of the second stump (Intel Pentium II).
