How to make friends WINE + OPENVPN?

There is an application that runs under WINE, it should use OpenVPN. OpenVPN on Linux starts ping everything is fine, but only WINE does not want to accept it, while the regular Internet works quietly, it opens sites through WINE IE. I beg you to help me.

The question is not clear. What does it mean "should use OpenVPN? Traffic must be transmitted through OpenVPN, or by some miracle is the Windows application tied to the Windows OVPN client?
If 1st - the easiest option is to let the default gate through ovpn; more difficult - the desired destination through ovpn, by means of routing
If 2 oh that....
