Where does Wine use OpenGL in games?

Running the WarCraft III game under Direx gives the brakes. Under OpenGL, not all elements are drawn correctly.

glxinfo | grep "OpenGL version"
OpenGL version string: 3.0 Mesa 10.1.0
As I understand it, there can be no Direx on a Linux system, which means that wine emulates it. But what about OpenGL? OpenGL Wine uses systems, or the same as Direx??
I recorded a short video about the differences (the first 10 seconds):

I want to solve my problem: -I can't see the colors of the players on the minimap; also understand the foundation: -how does Wine use OpenGL in games? Is it possible to update it, or is this not the case at all ... Can the video card driver be updated?
