Windows Server 2012 software raid 1

Good day!
I discovered for myself that in my fresh HP microserver gen8 there is a wonderful useless raid controller.
At the beginning, the server came with one hard drive. I recently ordered a second one and started setting up hardware raid 1. It turned out that the SmartArray B120i controller does not support creating an array of disks with one already configured. The "Extend Array" item is unavailable. Not supported by controller. They suggest formatting the disks and creating raid 1 from two unconfigured disks.
After disappointment, I decided to make a software raid. At the moment, the "resynchronization" of the disks is completed, and the statuses of both disks (volumes) have changed to "Healthy".

Interested in what will happen in the following cases (before rebooting the system, after rebooting):
1. One of the disks is pulled out of the server.
2. A failure occurs with the first (zero) disk, due to which reading or writing data is impossible.
3. The server is turned off, the first (zero) disk is pulled out and the second one is inserted in its place.
