RAID controller without initialization?

Good day guys, tell me how to build a raid without initialization? The problem is that there was a raid 0 that included 4 x 50 gb HDD, the controller died, I put in a new one and I can’t start the hard drives with data. Will it help to assemble a raid without initialization in order to extract information from them, or is there some other way to solve this problem?
Controller Adaptec 5405
memory size 256mb
Firmware version 5.2-0[18252]

If you need to extract data, then it is better to use normal data recovery software with the ability to simulate a raid. Or you need to take exactly such a de controller, then it reads information about the raid from the disks (if the raid is still alive).

First, make a sector-by-sector copy of each individual disk.
Only after that you can do something.
Try to start from linux with linux raid. Judging by the volume of disks, the array is old. There is a possibility that the array will be picked up automatically.
