Explain purely technically why the server raid controller cuts the speed of the SSD?

Dell R610 server. Perc 6i. SSD Samsung 860 Pro.
In ordinary wheelbarrows, the disk gives out sequentially 500 MB / s.
And on the specified server 140MB / s. Well, the responsiveness of the system is also noticeable.
It doesn't matter which axis to install (Windows, Linux).

Faced a similar situation. In my case, it was all about the sata 2 interface, they have a speed of up to 3Gb / s.
When I inserted it into sata 3, the ssd doubled in speed, but ran into 6gb / s.
