Are there mini boxes for hdd \ ssd with raid to connect to a computer via usb3.0?

I would like to have such a box in which there are two 2.5 SSD drives and all this with RAID 1, and it connects to a PC via USB.
maybe someone has come across this?

A box for disks for direct connection (and not network, i.e. NAS) is correctly googled as DAS, Direct-attached storage
But with NAS equipped with USB ports, it’s just more accurate, often it’s a USB host and doesn’t connect to a PC.

I'm sorry - but why? You need a mirror on a NAS or server, and an external drive is used for nothing more than transferring data. Out of order - threw out, bought the next one. If the data is only on an external drive, then the user is SSZB.
