The goal is to separate the TV connected via HDMI and the main PC with its monitor.
On TV I plan to put XBMC, my remote control (like a mouse + keyboard). PC - as usual.

Microsoft has a Windows multipoint server for these purposes. Well, not exactly for these purposes, but the first thing that came to mind.
In general, this is the wrong approach. Better to share. We put a DLNA server on the computer, and to the TV (if there is no built-in DLNA player (Smart TV), then we are looking for an android set-top box or some kind of nettop. Well, the network between them is gigabit.
