How to rename metro app group names in Windows 8.1?

I had Windows 8.1 Single Language Edition with Russian. By simple manipulations I changed the language to English. However, on the start screen, the names of the groups for metro applications remained in Russian. Where is the treasured registry key, folder or file, so that such a shameful bilingualism does not an eyesore?
