Why does Outlook 2013 change the creation date to the same on all attached files?

I'm using Outlook 2013. Let's say I received an email with an attached file. No matter how I save this file to my computer (drag and drop from the letter to the explorer, or the right button-> save as), the date of the file will be 11/11/2013 10:10. Any file, any day. And it is by this date that the explorer sorts the files. So I end up with hundreds of files on my PC with the same date/time. It is impossible to navigate in the files...
Interestingly, if you view the file properties, the creation date is specified correctly. But the explorer ignores it and focuses on 11/11/2013 10:10.
How to force Ootlook to put down the correct date to a file?

As an option - in the explorer put sorting by date of creation, and not by date of modification. Do you store letters in an Exchange box? Maybe your letters are in a .pst file that was uploaded from somewhere?

Do you have the date set correctly on your computer?

But does the client exactly change the date and not the system? can try to create a file and see what date will be there, well, as an option, check the system for rootkits viruses
