gcc not working?

Hello. Installed on windows 10 mingw64.
gcc does not compile anything. And for some reason version 2.95
g++ compiles everything calmly and the version is the newest.
I already reinstalled mingw64 but still the same.
Tell me, please, what is the problem? I didn't find anything on the Internet.
