Restarting the laptop after sleep mode - when opening the lid. How to decide?

In terms of power supply, hibernation and other basic things, I understood - it did not help. The fact is that the Windows To Go workspace is somehow launched. I find out about this when I exit sleep mode, that is, I open the lid - the laptop goes into reboot (more precisely, it just looks like loading from scratch). And after starting, I see the inscription "Do not disconnect the USB drive - this may lead to loss of data in the Windows To Go workspace." Then the system works normally. But at the same time, I can't go to "Change Windows To Go startup options" - it suggests removing the USB drive. In this situation, only one SSD drive is working, nothing else is connected. Tell me where to dig?
