How to view driver errors in the event log?

Yesterday the screen was flickering when starting Paint3D. Uninstalled the video driver in device manager, rebooted the computer, the problem does not occur yet.

I wonder if I can see some traces of yesterday's blinking (when starting Paint3D ) in the event log?

If the driver writes them there, you can see them. If you don't write, you can't.
Your KO :)
If the driver crashes, then Windows writes event 4101.
