Network Utilities in Linux Subsystem for windows 10?
Under linux, there are already quite a few scripts for automation, most of them related to the network. I switched from Ubuntu to Windows 10, motivated by the fact that there is WSL, but banal utilities such as nmap, tcpdump and a couple of which I really miss are not supported there. Of course, you can rewrite everything in PowerShell, but is there any way out of the situation to do with the standard WSL ??? Maybe there are some patches? And then with PShell and with VM, all the more there is no desire to bother. There is a solution?

nmap and tcpdump are not "banal" utilities at all. They interact with the bucket. It is not clear why it was necessary to switch to Windows in order to use WSL (this is about the same as switching to Linux to use Windows programs in wine)
