Windows folders getting cluttered?

Recently, folders in Windows have become very clogged. I kick on the cache, or some autosaves from After Effects. Literally in half an hour it can gobble up 30-40 gigs. in general, how to live. The question is actually this. Are there any utilities for viewing the HDD recording schedule by folders? folder.

Windows folders getting cluttered?
What specific folders?
Literally in half an hour it can gobble up 30-40 gigs
So your free disk space is disappearing, or are the folders still swollen?
Are there any utilities for viewing the HDD recording schedule by folder?
Well, Performance Monitor can be put under this business, and Excel builds good graphics. So perfmon.msc in hand and go.
Well, that is, look into which folder over the past half hour, for example, there were the most requests for recording.
It is trite to look it is possible in the monitor of resources.
Google only gives out tools that can show the most voluminous folder.
Firstly, all these Toulouses lie like weather forecasters, and secondly, are you sure that the right place is in the folder?
Yes, and to calculate exactly the volume of a folder is a very non-trivial matter.
For example, what should be considered the volume of a folder - the volume of data contained, or the volume occupied by a folder on disk? How to take into account hardlinks and symlinks? And alternative streams to consider or not?
PS - antivirus usually skips things like CCleaner, but a good system administrator instantly cleans such muck from the system.

Turn on the resource monitor from the task manager and monitor disk activity for a while.
There you can see which files are being written and which process is writing.
When you determine what kind of software clogs the disk, then it will be more or less clear what to do with it.
