Windows Firewall constantly shows notifications. How to remove?

From some point (I don’t know what exactly affected), notifications from the Windows firewall constantly began to come out.
Windows ten, without cures and all that.

If you allow it, then it lasts until the reboot, and then again.
Tell me how to win.
ps
I already tried to reset the settings to default - it did not help.
Thank you!

Turn off notifications . To do this, go to Control Panel , then select System and Security , then Windows Firewall and on the left click Change notification settings . In the window that opens , disable Notify me when Windows Firewall blocks a new application by unchecking the box .

if there is an antivirus with a network monitor, then you can disable it.
Well, if not, add rules for each program that he swears at.
Disabling notifications is not an option - you never know something important will be blocked, but you will not know.
