Where are the rest of the browsers in the default apps?

Opera and Chrome browsers have disappeared from the list of default applications.

I downloaded the browser from the official site, and updated it on top, the program appeared in the default program settings,
but why it disappeared from there is not clear

Opera appears in the list of programs only if the installation has been selected: "For all users".
