There is a computer with Windows 10, was connected to the domain of accounts. By mistake and not knowing - the domain was disabled. The user under which the authorization took place disappeared. The user folder itself remains. As I understand the user was not local or somehow tied to the domain. Is it possible to log in with this user? Or return all its settings and so on?

The user cannot be returned, it is a domain user and you do not have access to the domain. If the computer is already removed from the domain, then authorization of this user is impossible without entering the computer into the domain.
