Windows 8 blocking boot menu?

I'm trying to reinstall Win 8 on Win7 on a laptop, I can't figure out what the problem is. Not having time to enter not BIOS, not BOOT MENU, the WIndows bootloader immediately crashes.

@Wiemo

I managed to start the installation of Win7 from under 8, and after the first reboot of the installer, everything was fine again.

Described. Not laptop, tablet. Acer ICONIA TAB W500. Maybe the root of evil lies in this? Because Naturally, I press the keys from the connected docking keyboard. Although this does not explain why it is caught on 7-ke, but not on 8-ke.

It turns out that there is a special item in the parameters - special boot options. allows you to reload from disk, etc.
