Windows 8 after hard reset, won't boot, artifacts on screen?

Good evening!
We have:
Windows 8 and Windows 7 in different logical partitions on the same HDD.
What happened:
Worked from Win 8, the computer crashed, rebooted it through a hard reset.
At first, this screen tormented me for a long time: Repairing disk errors, This might take over an hour to complete

I read on the forums that such a check can take up to 3 days, which confused me, I could not stand it, plugged in a flash drive with live seat, rebooted.
Win8 booted up again, I sweared at the control-alt-del, the computer took pity on me and started checking the disk with percentages displayed:
Scanning and repairing drive ©:40% complete
Check passed, reboot, and voila!

Artifacts and after 7 seconds of viewing - reboot again, and so on ad infinitum.
I booted from liveseed with Win 7, checked the C: drive with Win 8 for errors with a fix. Rebooted, the picture has not changed.
I want to boot at least Win 7 from the D: drive, but the Win 8 boot menu does not appear, no matter how I press F8.
Of the available weapons, there is
- a 4 GB flash drive (with lifesidy)
- External usb HDD
- Laptop
You can solve the problem using the installation disk, but I would like to do without it, because. there are no blanks at hand.
I would like to fix errors in the bootloader of Win 8 directly through liveseed with Win 7, but I don’t know how.
What can be done in this case?
thank)

Make a bootable USB flash drive with the installation of Windows 7 and make a start-up repair with standard tools, there is a simple wizard. After that, W7 will boot, then according to the circumstances.
Program:

To begin with, it is worth checking the hardware for a long time with the operating system installed on the USB flash drive.
My iron started to fail in about the same way. Lived long after the first symptoms, tk. I thought the software was the culprit.
