Windows 8.1 won't start
Comrades, who-thread faced a problem when, when loading windows, the system hangs tightly (as if after a certain time, let it be 20 or 15 seconds). Fast boot cannot be turned on or off, uninstalling the video card driver does not solve the problem, and starting in safe mode does not. Debugging and system restore fall off and do not solve the issue.
Who-thread faced with this? is there a solution? Thanks
