How to fix tearing in firefox?

When scrolling the page, as well as when playing videos above 720p, there are small tears in firefox. Checked in Opera and Chrome - everything works as it should. In games, it's the same - no gaps.

I already turned off hardware acceleration, and changed about:config layers.acceleration.force-enabled to true, but nothing helped. After the fox, chrome looks so cheap, I don’t want to quit the browser. Has anyone encountered a similar problem?

OS - Windows 10. Graphics - AMD Radeon Vega 8. The drivers are fresh, there are no errors in the video card.

There was a solution:
Go to about:config
webgl.angle.force-d3d11 change to true
If it doesn't help, you need to enable vsync.
If none of the above helped, then change webgl.disable-angle to false .
