Windows 7 Ultimate x32 based server?

Hello.
There was such a situation that I had to use Windows 7 Ultimate x32 as a server OS.
Computer configuration - Core i5-4690, 16 Gb RAM, WD Blue 500 Gb, 2xSEAGATE ST3146855LC (SCSI) and LSI Symbios 21002 SCSI adapter. This adapter spoils all the "raspberries" - there are no x64 drivers for it, only x32.
What is the server for - MS SQL Server 2012 Developer Edition, accounting program Accent (approx. 40 users).
What I have already done:
1. I patched the kernel so that the x32 system saw more than 4 GB of RAM, because of this, alas, I had to disable updates ((
2. I changed the registry keys according to the manual from this article . Quote from the article:

This ensures that only as much memory is allocated as is required for file sharing (there is no internal upper limit). Servers usually work this way.

What else could you advise on setting up the OS in order to bring it as close as possible in terms of functionality to the server?

Stop doing bullshit. Install a server distribution, 90% of your "bells and whistles" will simply not be needed. But it will work.

Sergey Zolotarev : Igorjan writes obvious things to you, that's why:
1) you modified the OS than violated the agreement
2) and are trying to make the server OS as close as possible to the non-server OS.
So people advise you to spit on everything and take a ready-made solution and instead of bullying dig over the OS in the direction of firewood, or use a server solution where it is much easier to do what you have already done
I understand you, you were tormented by the problem and are solving it step by step in one direction, but now you were offered to go in the other direction, this is also an option (that's just worse Or is it better to see it in practice?
as I understand it, things are like this: it’s combat and you don’t want to roll over something that might not work .....
Here’s my suggestion:
Use vmware esxi (free solution)
Roll your WORRY Windows there with all the perversions
and do what you want ( before that, backups)
try the normal server version with firewood, play around, but it doesn’t work - roll back
