How to set up a certificate for ROSMINZDRAV?

Hello! Recently, the certificate for entering sk.rosminzdrav.ru has expired, I wrote to support, received a temporary entry token, ordered a certificate - it came, delivered. Then a strange thing begins, when I try to enter the site I see what is on the screen.

Used by both CryptoPro(mozilla) and IE, none of those. support cannot give a clear answer - they either refer to each other, or (the one on the screen), they say that they have only general recommendations (following them, nothing changes), but in general, the cant is yours, you decide.
Has anyone experienced something similar or has an idea what can be done?

And where does it have to do with the certificate, when the site has problems with encodings? Well, or in your browser.
