Windows 7 print service mass crash. Is it a virus?

On 12 computers with Win7 the print service stopped working (and at the same time). PCs with Win10 work fine, but the antivirus (Casper for the organization) is silent.
Solved the problem by starting the service manually and setting the "autostart after error" time to 0 minutes. (if you do not set the time to 0 minutes, then again the service turns off and is silent). I also ran a full antivirus scan on these 12 PCs, but nothing was found.
The solution to the problem, temporary, purely so that they could print. If this is a virus walking in the local area, then how to catch it or at least detect it?
PS On two computers with Win7, the problem was not found and everything is fine with them (sic!). Although all PCs in the domain and on the same network
