How to transfer keystrokes from the virtual machine to the main one?

On the VMvare / VBox virtual machine, Win XP is running and the keystroke emulation script is running.
On the main machine, a notepad window is open, into which what was emulated on the virtual machine will be "printed".
Accordingly, the question is, are there tools for solving such a problem?

But not on the screen, but in the log.
