Windows 7 lock the screen - the network disappears. What is the problem?
Windows 7 64, when the screen is locked, the network disappears. The computer is not allowed to go to sleep when idle, etc. In the network controller, the checkbox for saving energy has been removed. The connection disappears as soon as I lock the screen. When unlocked, the connection is restored. Where else to dig?

The system has an Outpost firewall installed (blocks everything by default), can it somehow affect? More changes: Disabled Task Scheduler, DHCP Service - Client.
Look also at the settings of other network adapters - sometimes it happens that, for example, they set it to wifi, but not to ethernet. It could also be on bluetooth.
