Windows 11, why does the network take a long time to initialize?

Good afternoon
Recently, I have been observing such a strange thing that when loading windows 11, quite a lot of time passes before the dhcp client starts (about 1 minute), which is annoying. I tried to remove different software from startup, it did not help. Is there some way to determine what might be preventing the service from starting in a timely manner?
